Atlantic Beach Montauk
“This project in Montauk NY consists of two wings that have slightly staggered elevations between floors. The 7,600 sqft of living space contains cantilevered second floors and a finished lower level/drive in garage. Both the super structure and swimming pool had to be designed on helical piles due to insufficient soil bearing capacity.“
Dune Road Beachfront
“This project featured construction of a 10 bedroom, oceanfront estate set on Dune Road in Quogue. Situated on 2 acres+/-, the residence capitalizes on views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Shinnecock Bay. With 128 feet of direct ocean frontage.“
Highland Terrace Estate
“The proposed renovations to this existing 12 bedroom estate drove the requirement to replace the existing septic system with a new I/A-OWTS. The project scope also included the construction of a pool pavilion between the existing pool and tennis court which required it's own dedicated septic system.“
Dune Road BayFront
“DiLandro Andrews Engineering provided services for the main structure (3,500 sqft), deck, and gunite pool framing and foundation. This project is in a VE floor zone so careful consideration was taken to design code compliant, safe structures that limit effects from wave forces.“
Deerfield Road Residence
“A 12,000 sqft single family residence in Watermill NY. This home features a roof top deck, large second floor cantilevers, full height windows and doors for spectacular views of the backyard. One of the major design elements of this home were the 8 foot roof and second floor cantilevers.“
